One circus arena, check! One 5 reel slot machine, check! One masked, robed, red-eyed person looking like they have asthma, check! Good, well I think we have all the ingredients of a horror themed game here. Join Gaming have knocked up an interesting piece of work here for our ghoulish entertainment. The slot board has a splattering of evil characters, notice no politicians though. Instead we have the midget clown, hot vampire chick, chainsaw ghoul and Mr Devil-type person. Now we don’t know the full ins and outs of how company’s set a budget, but if there is restrictions then this seems to have had its head on the chopping block.
When we first saw this we rubbed our hands with glee and hoped it would be hard hitting and give the participant a real thrill. One of Join Games previous ventures Zombie Escape was perfect for this rounded entertainment, unfortunately this is a very flat game in comparison. I guess our expectations were far too high. It’s not the worst game ever made but it falls nicely into that middle bracket as it’s certainly not the greatest game to be made, that’s for sure.
Technical Characteristics
The game has a RTP of 95.87% and has 10 win lines over a 3 row, 5 reel slot. The graphics on the surface of the game and its general look is a nice touch, but there isn’t a lot going on within the game in the end. The symbols don’t have any animation and the masked man just looks like he’s been running from the cops for the last hour. The minimal coin value wager starts at 0.10 and can go up to 10.00, making the highest possible pay-out 25,000.
Bonuses and Rewards
Striking the bonus feature by landing three bonus symbols in play, the masked asthmatic will conjure up some fancy flames and take you to the featurette. Our various characters are seen bound to wooded panels, with coffins beneath and we are to select three of the five. Selecting the hot girl, we were in turmoil when the masked man suddenly pulls out a knife and throws it at the target above her head. For a brief moment guilt struck, then relief. But soon ended as the coffin door fly’s open, sending her to a fiery death. Ah well, she seemed the self-loving type. But won 200 out of it. The bonus round in the end paid a handsome sum of 1025 coins.
