The game loads as a 3 row, 5 reels spinner and carries the weight of 243 pay lines, with the RTP set at 96.1%. The graphics are perhaps too detailed and can be a strain on the eyeballs that are now use to the soft and smooth of recent decades. But this is nostalgia territory and it’s fully no hold bars, it’s so retro in fact that it makes absolutely so sense as to why you’d mix in a slot game with symbols of wizards and smoking goats and robots. But these are your classic form of characterisation we guess; with magic, fantasy and sci-fi.
The grid is based as a huge apartment building. To the left are two firemen up a ladder and one more on the right.
Before the game has even taken on its first spin, the theme is alive with the symbols blinking, clouds passing and lights moving, it’s already a visceral wonder to the players eyes.
Technical Characteristics
Is it possible that because of the 8-bit they are able to pack more into the game? It certainly seems to be the case. The reels spin fast and upon any strike of a winning line, the symbols are met with flashes and raging fires. When landing on the fire symbols they combust further and are meet the water, projected form each of the firemen. Once dowsed they turn into a different symbol for increased winnings. The slightest ounce of detail has been thought of with this animation. Even after the quick burst of water you’ll see droplets come off of the fireman on the right side. The bet rage goes from 0.10 to 100 and of the basic symbols, the most rewarding is the fireman and cat, which multiplies your wage by 10
Bonuses and Rewards
The game has scatters and wilds and Free Spins just for starters. Free Spins can climb to 20 if you land enough of the fire-drill symbols. There is a bonus round which gives further Free Spins. Within this round the more fire-drills you collect the more you advance up a level to a new floor in the building, 3 symbols takes you to the next level and a further 2 extra spins are awarded. As you unlock a new floor level the lowest coin denominator with transform into the fire symbol and thusly will become a mystery icon once it’s put out by the hoses.
Another feature is the Fire Drill round. This in game reward will again transform the lowest valued coin, into a fire symbol.
That’s it. There is nothing more to this game in terms of bonus features, as it has truly been stripped back to it bare entertainment essentials, which is okay because it still add to that element of old school, but we want to win big money when having this much fun!
