Game Description
For those unfamiliar with this instalment of the comic book character Bloodshot then let us briefly summarise what Pariplay have brought us; Bloodshot was once a soldier under the control of Project Rising Spirit, from which he escaped. Now holding powers that allow him to regenerate, use and adapt technology with magical effect and with the use of injecting Nanites into his bloodstream he can begin meta-morphing. Low and behold he is now on the streets kicking ass!
The Bloodshot games is packed with comic animation, to which it is beautifully done. The background is a burst of explosive colour and charred remains flying in mid-air. The slot grid itself is densely black, with the symbols illuminated with neon haze.
Technical Characteristics
The first thing you’ll notice is the larger symbols, this is a 5 reel slot machine, with 4-rows. The larger symbols cover an area of 2-rows and are all character based animation graphic. There is no coin betting for this game, its pure hard cash with stakes starting at 0.40 and climbing to 20.00. The basic level gameplay is brought to life with wonderful video animation within the character symbols when hitting a winning line.
The setting within the game offer a variety of options; Auto bet spin from 5 to 50, Loss limit, to stop upon a win, stop on feature and win limits, singular or total.
Bonuses and Rewards
During the gameplay, random triggers of the wild symbol will come into play, you’ll know when the reward triggers as the slot reels fade darker and continuously spin, then the Nanite will rise up from the screen and replace symbols with a wild
Bloodshot also packs in a Bonus round which prior to activating, if at first you land two bonus symbols and still awaiting the third, the reels flares up with fire in anticipation of striking the final important bonus symbol.
The Bonus symbols can appear anywhere on the grid and they have to be fully shown, bearing in mind this is a larger icon, half of it showing in the top or bottom of the reel, wont activate the bonus round.
The Bonus round emerges from a cloud of smoke, the round consists of a huge, chunky comic book wheel of fortune, to which you only have one shot at. The wheel contains various rewards, Credit multipliers, 7 free spins on the Bloodshot Attack mini game which during the game sticky wilds remain in place for all spins and 3 free spins with the Wild Nanites mini game that will fill the 5 reels full of wild symbols and reset itself for the next spin reward each time.
Pariplay has created a very good game, with wonderful animation and graphics and a lot of winning options. We found the Nanites we’re not shy in giving out wilds. The depth of the game is good, not too much and not too little in terms of entertainment, by no means will you be glued for hours, but the time you play on it will be enjoyable.
